Professional Safety Certifications

  • Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) - The CSP is the most prestigious credential in safety, but also look at the OHST, or CHST.
  • Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) is offered through the Alliance Safety Council and is the shortest route to a credential in safety.

  • Columbia Southern University offers an online associate's degree in safety management.
